MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE

OBJECTIVES

• To effectively deliver the requirement of integrated content (School + Scholarship Exams/Olympiads)
• To help students prepare for both School/Board and various Scholarship Exams/Olympiads
• To provide students a well laid out, stepwise/level-wise learning tool in Maths and Science
• To enable a smooth transition of students from foundation class content to higher concepts
• To enable student transformation from concept learning to application and analysis

• • Content of NCERT with explanation of concepts in a simplified, easy to understand language
  • Adequate number of MCQs covering essential concepts of each chapter
  • Assignments are divided into two sections:Section-A: Subjective (School based – Very Short Answer (VSA), Short Answer (SA), Long Answer (LA)OBJECTIVE:
    • To cater to the need of basic NCERT (School/Board Exam) preparation
    • To provide basic level preparation for various Scholarship Exams/Olympiads
    • To differentiate the required input for School/Board and Scholarship Exams/Olympiads
    • To instil confidence among slow learners and average performers

    Section B: Objective (Basic level – Olympiads)
    • Additional supplements like Micro Assignment Booklet and Practical Exam Supplement Booklet are given to aid preparation of NCERT and School exam syllabus
    LEVEL-IICONTENT :
    • Content is laid out keeping in mind the MCQ demand of Scholarship Exams/Olympiads covering brief pointers, additional topics of higher classes, wherever necessary
    • Assignments are divided into four sections:
    Section-A: Subjective (Higher Order Thinking Questions – School based)Section B: Objective (Single Answer Correct Type Questions – Olympiads)Section-C: Objective (Assertion-Reason Type Questions – for exams like NTSE, JSTSE, NSEJS, etc.)Section-D: Objective (Match the column – Olympiads, NTSE & Basic (Optional))
    • Trickopedia & Fastrack Booklet is given to enhance preparation of NCERT and master basic fundamentals of various Scholarship Exams/Olympiads
